About Robert Wine Club
In US wine market, Asian Americans is an underserved community for decades. However, this group has shown increasing interest in wines thus has big potential in growth. Robert Wine Club is geared toward Asian community though it is open to everyone.
Rationale
Coming to us, Robert needed a logo and an eCommerce website build. He needed directions on choosing the right platforms for his business weather that's WordPress, Wix or Shopify. He has only 3 products and needed a QnAs page.
Scope: Building brand identity and determining business model through website design.
The New Site
As Robert prefers, we originally built his website on Shopify. However, the platform was not satisfying Robert's needs for esthetic, functionality and the ease of use. We then suggested him to try Wix which would allow the most flexibility which allows the project cost to be within his budget.
As the project progresses, we realized that Robert needed more functionalities. We were able to build out all the functionalities he desired. Robert's customers can now signup to be a member and enjoy product discounts, tasting and seminar event discounts. They can also access the wine knowledge base and learn about their winemakers. This website can be viewed by both English and Chinese.
