The Dream Assembler: A UX designer with Front-end Web Dev expertise
Chinese & English
Gloria jumped out of a plane from China when she was 19 and landed in Seattle. Ok, she took a little jump out of the door of the plane after it parked but it still counts. She mastered English and earned 3 design degrees (1 would have been enough). Always ready to take on new challenges, she moved across the country to Cleveland, OH with her husband and is currently training him on how to operate an Amazon Echo, which seems to actually hate him. You’ll meet Gloria during the design process where she will set the tone for your online presence and answer all your technical questions.

Master Certified Business Coach, Imaginist
English, a little Elvish, and some pig-Latin
Walking in the role of Master Certified Life/Business Coach/Consultant, Sue Mohr is a joy-sparking, truth-telling, slightly mischievous guide to living fully on purpose. Equal parts creative director, soul whisperer, and coffee-fueled encourager. For over 2 decades she has helped people discover and step boldly into their ‘why’. Sue blends truth, creativity, and just enough humor to make growth feel like an adventure instead of a chore. When she’s not speaking, writing, or championing someone else’s dream, you’ll likely find her belly laughing, loving her people fiercely, or plotting her next inspired idea, probably all at once.

Upon meeting each other in web design school, Andria and Gloria found that not only did they both earn previous degrees in fashion design, but their love for Chinese food and bubble tea hangouts was the start of something much larger. So big in fact, that their initial collaboration paved a path to small business startup! Andria has gone from crafting iconic Hello Kitty graphic tees for Target to designing boushie bedding collections for Nordstrom's home textiles, and eventually went rogue on the corporate grind to focus on businesses that crave big-time branding. With technical skills in graphic and fashion design, in-house screen printing, apparel embroidery & application, Andria has what it takes to elevate digital art beyond the immersive online space and create custom fashions that one can wear.

UX/Web Designer, Graphic designer
English, right after French and Lebanese—if I mix up my metaphors, you’ll know why!
Sandy is a UI/UX designer with a decade of experience in branding and visual design. After escaping the icy grip of Montreal and earning her Bachelors in Graphic Design, she plunged into the creative and marketing worlds, working with everyone from exciting startups to large corporations. A highlight of Sandy's journey was meeting Gloria at a local UX Design event in Cleveland, where they quickly connected over their shared passion for user-centered design and their mutual love for turning flawed designs into UX masterpieces—because two heads (and a lot of coffee) are better than one! She’s always had a passion for the creative field, with an eye for visual balance.

UX/UI/Web Designer
Plain old English
Ilana is a Brooklyn based, Michigan born design aficionado. After years in dull, unfulfilling admin roles, she found her way to UX/UI through a mix of curiosity, tenacity, and a lot of cold emails. One of them landed with Glow Up (luckily), and here we are! Ilana brings a thoughtful, user-first approach to every project; blending creativity with structure, she focuses on building digital experiences that look as good as they function. That administrative background didn’t go to waste, it gave her the structure and organization she now relies on in both design and project management. She is obsessed with her dog, Sadie and loves to foster dogs as much as she can (when Sadie lets her).

Abigail met Gloria through a mutual connection and quickly became close friends and business partners. After only 3 zoom calls, they flew to New York City to meet in person. Amongst Nutella croissants, a lot of coffee, and an intense game of foosball, they also attended a private event at Wix’s Headquarters and met the CEO! Not quite thrilled about jumping on a plane like Gloria was, Abigail fought through her fear and followed her gut feeling to go, and the rest is history. Abigail and Gloria formed an unexpected yet rewarding partnership that helps both of their clients scale! Abigail’s company, Create and Collab brings a wealth of knowledge to the table when it comes to Search Engine Optimization and small business marketing strategy. You might also meet Abigail during your initial project discovery call!

Craig met Gloria at Seattle Central College, and one afternoon, after frantically searching the school high and low in order to interrupt her next class and return her forgotten USB drive, they became fast friends. With nearly two decades of experience in a variety of creative and technical roles at boutique agencies and multinational corporations, Craig brings the know-how, grit, and elbow grease needed to provide customized, innovative solutions of all shapes and sizes.

Jerry is adventurous seeing he once quit his stable job to become a jack of all trades for a web design company started by his wife. Although he’s not ready to jump out of a plane just yet he clearly takes risks. Right now he’s working on how to type using more than two fingers. Jerry usually hides behind the scenes to support everyone we work with on their financial goals.
