Wix Update Related Issue Fix
If Wix releases an update that causes a section to display incorrectly, a Wix feature to stop behaving as expected, or something Glow Up originally built to be affected by a platform change, we’ll take care of the necessary fix at no additional service charge.
This coverage applies to Wix platform related issues only. It does not cover third party integrations outside of Wix, third party app fees or upgrades, or work that requires significant layout, functionality, or strategy changes.
Content Updates & Support
As your business grows, it’s important that your website continues to reflect your brand at the highest level. We understand that the Wix editor can be frustrating and time-consuming to navigate, so our team is here to handle updates for you—efficiently and professionally.
Each plan includes a set number of update requests, which refers to how many times we’ll work on your website. A request can include a list of small changes—such as replacing, adding, or removing images or text—and will count as one request. More involved tasks, including feature updates, photo editing, embedding third-party elements, or changes that require additional labor, will count as separate requests.
By letting our team handle these updates, you can be confident that your branding, site structure, and SEO integrity are preserved throughout the process. We’ll also provide guidance and recommendations as you explore new ideas, updates, or potential future directions for your website.

Beyond standard Wix support, we offer personalized technical assistance for existing features. If platform-related issues arise, our direct connections within Wix allow us to obtain priority support, helping resolve issues faster and more efficiently.

At Glow Up, we’re a team of passionate nerds who genuinely want to see you succeed. With our Thrive package, if there are no updates needed from you in a given month, our team will proactively identify at least one improvement or recommendation for your website or business.
This could be as simple as adjusting a button color for better readability, reorganizing content to improve clarity, or suggesting new content or ideas that support your goals. Over time, these ongoing, thoughtful refinements become a powerful way to keep your business relevant, optimized, and thriving.
Care Plan Eligibility
Our Website Care Plans are designed to provide continuous protection and maintenance for websites built by Glow Up Web Design.
Enroll Within 3 Months of Launch
Glow Up clients have 3 months from their website launch date to enroll in a Website Care Plan at the standard monthly rate with no onboarding fee.
Enrolling After 3 Months
If your website has been without a Care Plan for more than 3 months, a one-time onboarding fee of up to $500 may apply based on the condition of the website and any accumulated maintenance needs.
Without Coverage for 12+ Months
Websites that have gone 12 months or longer without an active Care Plan are no longer automatically eligible for enrollment. A $100 Website Care Evaluation is required to assess the current condition of the website. Any necessary updates or repairs will be quoted separately and must be completed before Care Plan coverage can begin.
Cancellation and Change of Plans
You may cancel your Website Care Plan at any time. Once canceled, monitoring, maintenance, and all other Care Plan benefits will end.
Should you decide to re-enroll, a minimum $100 reactivation fee will apply. Additional catch-up work may be quoted separately depending on the condition of your website and the amount of catchup work needed.
Re-enrollment is subject to current plan pricing, terms, and availability.
You can upgrade or downgrade your Website Care Plan at any time with no switching fee, giving you the flexibility to adjust your coverage as your needs change.
The Thrive Plan requires a 3-month minimum commitment. After the initial 3 months, you may downgrade or cancel at any time.
