Part-Time Social Media Assistant

We’re looking for a motivated and creative Social Media Assistant to join our team on a part-time contract basis. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating engaging content, analyzing what works, and staying ahead of posting schedules.


Details:
  • Contract position

  • $20–$25 per hour (depending on experience)

  • 5–10 hours per week

  • Fully remote & flexible schedule


Responsibilities:
  • Create, schedule, and publish social media posts that align with project goals

  • Collaborate with teammates to share project budgets, goals, and strategies

  • Join team discussions to set measurable goals and develop strategies based on performance data

  • Stay curious and adapt posting strategies based on what drives engagement and results

  • Ensure all work is delivered on time


Requirements:
  • You have working permission in the United State of America

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design or social media marketing

  • Proficiency with at least one design tool: Adobe Illustrator, Affinity Designer, or Canva

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Self-motivated with the ability to stay ahead of schedules and deadlines

  • Analytical mindset and willingness to experiment with new approaches


Good to Have:
  • Experience in email marketing (reading data and sending campaigns)

  • Local to Northeast Ohio and able to shoot video footage and photos for clients around the Cleveland area
