Step One
Meet with Our Business Coach
Before beginning your web design project, you have the option to meet with our business coach, Sue Mohr from The Inner Vizion, to help you clarify your vision, align your business goals, and strengthen the foundation of your brand. This step ensures your website accurately reflects your purpose and sets you up with a solid strategy before design begins.
Step Two

Material Gathering for Web Design
This phase focuses on organizing all your text content, images, videos, and branding assets. We provide templates and a shared Google folder to simplify the process, and we can assist with rewriting or interviewing you to extract your ideas if needed. The goal is to ensure your content is clear, organized, suitable for your audience, and ready for design. If you don't have any branding asset, be sure to let us know and we can provide you with a separate quote.

Step Three
Inspiration Gathering
We compile your favorite website inspirations along with our own design ideas on a shared digital whiteboard. Together, we review each example, refine your preferences, and finalize your site’s structure and menu. If needed, we also perform mind mapping or card sorting to simplify complex site structures.

Step Four
Wireframe Development
We create visual blueprints of your key website pages, showing layout, structure and strategies. These wireframes are added to your collaborative whiteboard so you can easily review, discuss, and provide feedback before we move into full design and development. We can't stress enough how important this step is to created a well rounded website for your business.

Step Five
Desktop Building & Presentation
With wireframes approved, we begin building the actual website, a process that typically takes 1–2 weeks depending on complexity. Once complete, we present the website to you page-by-page, giving you the chance to review everything thoroughly and provide feedback before revisions begin.

Step Six
Revision & Testing
After the presentation, your set revision hours begin, covering both communication and the revision work itself. Most clients need only minor updates. Once revisions are done, we perform thorough functionality testing and handle hosting, domain connections, and any required launch checks to ensure everything works perfectly.

Step Seven
Mobile Development
After the desktop version is finalized, we optimize your site for mobile—where the majority of users will visit your site. This takes about half a week or more depending on complexity. You’ll receive a new feedback link to review the mobile layout and request changes within your remaining revision hours.

Step Eight
On-Page SEO
We optimize your website content and structure to improve search engine visibility. We may also use techniques such as keyword research to give your website a boost. There will be different strategy for a new website versus a redesign, ensure your content is relevant, user-friendly, and technically optimized. Our goal is to give your website the best chance to rank over time.

Step Nine
Site Launch and Next Steps
🎉 Congratulations!!! Your website is now ready to launch! Once everything is live, you’re free to celebrate your launch—or even take a well-earned vacation! 💃 🕺 seriously, you’ve earned it. 😊
Final Words
While launching your website is a huge accomplishment, there’s still more work to be done. Again, think of your website as your digital storefront, like having an automated employee providing exceptional service and answering any questions your visitors might have. Just like a real store, your website still needs regular maintenance, ongoing marketing efforts, and possibly some ads to keep it fresh, relevant, and continuously attracting the right audience.
At Glow Up, we offer maintenance plans as well as social media marketing, and we can go over all your options when you're ready. As for SEO and ads, we’ve got some great recommendations that we can discuss once you’re all settled. One step at a time!
Again, huge congratulations on completing your project! 🎉
